Fair Use Licensing
The Colorado Channel Authority Board wishes to promote the widespread use of content produced for the Colorado Channel, and pre-authorizes noncommercial use, provided that the Colorado Channel is credited both on-screen and in related credits with any use of footage.
Save for fair use (must adhere to the stipulations of the Fair Use Clause of the Copyright law), all other use of Colorado Channel content is permitted only with a licensing agreement granted by the Colorado Channel Authority Board.
